There is no set-up charge for BLACK and WHITE logos or artwork submitted in .JPEG, .BMP, .TIF or .EPS file formats.
Our engravers and lasers will not produce a clear image of artwork and logos submitted in gray scale or color. We do not edit or enhance your logo or artwork but will appropriately re-size the image to fit the items ordered.
Logos and artwork submitted in a file formats other than .JPEG, .BMP, TIF or .EPS, or those requiring cleaning-up will be subject to a one-time setup charge of $75. The new file will be available for you to use next time you place an order at NO CHARGE.
If you are submitting a scanned logo or artwork, we recommend a minimum resolution of 600 ppi to produce the highest quality image.
